1. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.

Hygiene and Safety: Cheetah Sithaswagandhadi Thailam is an Ayurvedic personal care product. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Processing Replacements: If a replacement is requested and approved, the new product will be dispatched within 2 business days at no additional shipping cost to you.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
Products missing their original packaging, labels, or seals.
Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events (unless delivered damaged or expired).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
