1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across India. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility in Kerala, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the courier partner's website.

4. Shipping Addresses

We currently ship to addresses within India. (Note: If you plan to ship internationally, mention it here with estimated times and customs disclaimers).

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your PIN code and a reachable mobile number. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

5. Undelivered or Rejected Packages

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery fails after these attempts due to the recipient being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us.

In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from any applicable refund.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

We take utmost care in securely packaging Cheetah Oil to prevent leaks or damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the package or open the seal. Immediately contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged package and your Order ID.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at [Insert Support Email Address] within 48 hours so we can investigate the issue with our shipping partner.
